Chains and Sprockets are excited to announce that we will soon be stocking the JT TwinStar Sprocket Range.

The Steel/Aluminium Hybrid Sprocket has gone through extensive development to produce the lightest, most durable bi-metal sprockets on the market today.

Research and development for the TwinStar range included testing at top level Motocross Events and the 2020 Dakar Rally - this testing has ensured the final product embodies all the qualities that make JT Sprockets the World Leader with ultimate performance and unbeatable value.

The core of the JT TwinStar is a lightweight aviation grade Ergal 7075-T6 Aluminium, precision made using state-of-the-art laser cutting and CNC machining.

The steel outer ring is heat-induction hardened to create a sprocket which will last up to six times longer than a standard 7075-T6 aluminium sprocket.
